The patient suffered from a severe toothache during her vacation. She reported to the nearest clinic, where she was given emergency aid. The X-ray image showed that the root canals are invisible, in order to save the tooth, it is necessary to have root canal treatment under a microscope.

Ms Renata decided to completely change her teeth. On a control X-ray, a tooth was found with root canal instruments left during treatment 20 years ago. Despite the fact that the patient did not feel any discomfort because of this, this condition did not allow for the creation of an aesthetic crown on this tooth.
Root canal treatment under the microscope was undertaken by Dr. Paulina Błażejak. Two metal files were removed from the tooth. The canals were filled and the tooth was provided with aesthetic reconstruction.
Ms Irena had been suffering from a toothache for some time, but it was only a sleepless night that prompted her to seek help in the clinic. The cause turned out to be a hidden canal, omitted in the previous treatment. The patient did not want to consent to the removal of the tooth, the only option was the canal treatment under the microscope, which was successful. The patient kept the tooth, thus avoiding the more expensive prosthetic reconstruction.
